Where bonus abuse is detected, HH88 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.
Weekly Odds Boost promotions offered by HH88 are available to eligible registered members during the stated promotional window. Boosted odds apply to specified markets only and may be subject to maximum stake limits. Boosts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
The HH88 Refer a Friend programme allows existing members to earn PKR rewards by introducing new qualifying members. Both the referrer and the referred new member must meet the qualifying conditions stated in the programme terms. Referral rewards are not paid for self-referrals, referrals to duplicate accounts, or referrals where the referred person does not complete a qualifying deposit and wager.
A bet on HH88 is considered accepted and binding once you receive a confirmation message and a bet reference number. Until that confirmation is shown, the bet has not been placed. In cases where there is a technical disruption during bet placement, check your bet slip history before attempting to re-place the same bet.
HH88 strives to ensure all published odds are accurate. However, in the event that a technical error results in clearly incorrect odds being published — for example, a team with an established 80% win probability being offered at odds of 10.00 — HH88 reserves the right to void bets placed on the erroneous odds and return stakes in full. This right applies within a reasonable time after the error is identified.

Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to be successful. If one selection in an accumulator is voided, the accumulator continues with the remaining selections at adjusted odds. A single incorrect selection voids the entire accumulator with stake returned only if the reason for the loss was a void selection, not a losing selection.
Live betting on HH88 is subject to all the general betting rules in Section 6 and the following additional conditions specific to in-play markets.
Live odds on HH88 update in real time based on match events. The odds displayed at the moment you click a selection may differ from the odds at which your bet is confirmed if there is a brief processing delay. HH88's live betting system operates on the odds valid at the precise moment of bet acceptance, which is displayed on your confirmation screen.
HH88 is not responsible for live betting disruptions caused by your internet connection, device performance, or third-party network issues. If a bet is not confirmed on your screen due to a connection drop, check your bet history before re-placing. HH88 will not accept responsibility for duplicate bets placed due to member-side network errors where both bet confirmations were successfully processed.
The Cash Out feature on HH88 allows you to settle a live bet before the event concludes. The cash-out amount offered reflects the current match state and live odds. Cash Out requests are processed in real time — HH88 does not guarantee that a cash-out at a specific amount will always be available, as the offer updates continuously. Once a cash-out is confirmed, the amount is final and the original bet is settled.
Casino and live dealer games available on HH88 — including Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Baccarat, and Roulette — are subject to these Terms and Conditions in addition to any game-specific rules published within the game interface itself. All casino games on HH88 are provided by certified third-party software providers. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are verified by the providers and are available in the game information panel. In the event of a software or connection error during a casino game round, the result of the incomplete round is void and the stake is returned. Where an account is closed due to a member's breach of these terms, any balance in the account is subject to review and may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the member's own request, or by HH88 for operational reasons unrelated to any breach, the current account balance will be returned to the member after identity verification.
Members wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting HH88 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are subject to the terms set out in Section 11.
